We ship via RPS Ground, UPS, F.O.B. Frederick, Maryland, unless other arrangements have been made.

Returned Checks - A $25.00 service charge on all returned checks. All Future orders will require credit card or payment in advance of shipment.

Claims - All claims for shortage or damage must be reported within 10 days of receipt. Contact delivering carrier for damage claims immediately and save all documentation.

Returns – All returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods and must be accompanied by written or verbal authorization.
